I am so excited for all of my classes. And yes, 3 of them are editing classes. So that means tons of work. I will basically be editing my life away.

And when I'm not editing I will be filming.

And when I'm not filming I'll be writing a script or news story.

And when I'm not writing a script or news story I'll be sleeping (hopefully I'll be able to squeeze that in).

Busy, busy.

But that's what I'm going to school for. I love media. I love shooting and editing. Creating a masterpiece to share with others.

And hopefully I can improve my bowling skills in my bowling class. Maybe I'll actually be able to break 100 regularly.

Secret: I've bowled 172 before. I'm pretty proud of that. It may never happen again.

This semester is going to be great, but busy. I can tell already.

But who needs a social life? Really.

My theme for 2011 is: Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

This year my life is in the Lord's hands. I'm going to live my life according to His will. I have faith in Him. I trust Him to direct my path.

{new year's resolutions...}

I've never really made a New Year's Resolution before. And, frankly, I don't think they're necessary. Losing weight? Now who has ever kept that one?

I'm going to call my New Year's Resolution a Lifestyle Change. I spent all of last year finding myself. Finding who I am and who I want to become. It was a challenging year, no doubt, but it ended with success.

I know more about myself now. I know who I want to become. So this year I plan to take action. I'm expecting great things out of this year. So, 2011, you better not disappoint.
